Accreditations - Member Area
You fully acknowledge that the professional association issuing your accreditation has granted permission as part of your accreditation to legally promote the associations logo for your accredited businesses advertising purposes.
You must not enter an accreditation under false or misleading pretenses under any circumstances. If false or misleading information is entered into the accreditation section of the member area, you will be held fully liable by all parties in relation to this. You agree that TradesLocator.com.au and any of its directors or employees are not liable or responsible for the information entered into the accreditation section of the member area via your membership.
Refer a Mate
Each subscribing business has the ability to earn up to 12 months free advertising on TradesLocator.com.au. Each time a subscribing business refers another business using the "Refer a Mate Code" issued upon initial sign up, and that secondary business subscribes to a full paying 12 month subscription, they will receive 1 month free subscription to be added to the end date of their normal subscription period. Each subscribing agent can refer 12 businesses - meaning the maximum possible free subscription can be only 12 months.
Email - Member Area
By agreeing to the email terms and conditions within your member area you agree to make available the listed business or personal email address through TradesLocator.com.au's details page for the purpose of advertising the email address publicly for receiving email enquiries through your customised business details page on TradesLocator.com.au.
TradesLocator.com.au will not be held in any instance, liable or responsible for email correspondence between that of the agreed email address advertised throughout TradesLocator.com.au and any individual or business communicating through the email address provided.
TradesLocator.com.au - Member Communications
As a TradesLocator.com.au subscribing trades or services business you agree to receive email communication regarding product upgrades, newsletters and special offers throughout your subscription period.
TradesLocator.com.au wishes to keep you, the member, informed and up to date on optomising your advertising experience.
Use of your Member Area and Advertising Content
By agreeing to TradesLocator.com.au's member terms and conditions you agree to not include fraudulent or misleading information, obscene content or harmful or unlawful statements against other parties within any form of written or visual information you may include in your business description, photograph/logos or business details listed through your Member Area.
You agree to only upload or post written content, photos and logos relevant to your specific subscribed business. You may not upload or post copyrighted written passages, logos or photographs without prior expressed permission by the copyright holder.You agree that Tradelocator.com.au's directors or employees will not be held liable in regard to any written material and or logo/photograph copyright that you as the subscribing business upload to your advertising web page.
If these terms and conditions are not followed or if any one of the directors or employees of TradesLocator.com.au believe you have broken the contractual agreement bound by these or any terms and conditions page on Tradeslocator.com.au, you agree that Tradeslocator.com.au or any of its directors or employees can de list/remove your business advertising without refunding full or partial membership fees.
Position of Advertising Content
The position of a trades and services business advertising content other than paid top position, is determined directly by when a business registers to list on TradesLocator.com.au. The sooner a business starts advertising, the more priority the listing will have within the category directory search results.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you fully accept the possibility of a trade or services business registering after you gaining priority listing through paid top position within specified areas for a period of time.
Limitation of Liability
Except where to do so would cause any part of these Terms to be illegal, void or unenforceable, TradesLocator.com.au, its directors and/or employees:
- Excludes all conditions and warranties implied into these Terms;
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (including negligence), which may be directly or indirectly suffered, in connection with use of this web site; and
- Excludes liability (whether that liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence) or statute) for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue and loss of, or damage to, data) suffered or incurred in connection with this web site.
